The essence of judo is the skilful application of a combination of techniques, such as the power of resistance and effective timing. The main focus of judo, however, is the utilisation of your opponent’s body weight and strength against him or herself. Judo involves throwing techniques, groundwork fighting and arm locks and strangle holds, Please note; not all techniques are taught to children certain age, weight, and ability levels are closely monitored these safe guards enable children to progress safely through to an adult career in Judo.
